Welcome to Glencoe Corgi's!
Glencoe Corgi's is located in Battle Creek, MI.
My name is Kelly Groves, and from the beginning, our goal has been to produce Pembroke Welsh Corgi's with wonderful temperaments, great type, and sound movement.
Corgi's have been an obsession of mine for 16+ years, and it all started with one little dog.
Sweet was the little Corgi/ Jack Russel puppy that I took in as a rescue just after graduating from high school. I was just going to find a nice home for her because I wasn't a fan of little dogs. Well, even half a Corgi was enough to prove to me that Corgi's are "little" in size only;
There is nothing "little" about their personalities!
Needless to say, Sweet didn't go to a new home. She stayed with me for the next 16 years: through moves, kids, and new doggy additions, Sweet was by my side. After she passed away in the summer of 2009, I pulled this photo out of an album and had it framed. It wasn't until a few months later that I noticed the light flare on the right. I like to think it's Sweet's way of letting us know she's still watching over us.
She was, without doubt, my heart dog!
Over the years I researched and sought out Corgi's whenever I could. There was never a doubt in my mind that when the time was right I would get another Corgi.
And sure enough, when the time was right, along came Roxie!
Since Roxie joined our family there's been no looking back.
We've been blessed with several wonderful Corgi's since that day,
every one of them special in their own way and deeply loved!

sharing your home with a beautiful, well balanced Corgi.
